We report on all cases, whether paranormal activity was documented or not.  Much of the activity is anecdotal - personal experiences that can not be documented.  Often, a client will want to know if their place is actually “haunted”.  Our standpoint is, who can really say for certain?  One place may have a lot of anecdotal experience, where we all leave thinking to ourselves that there is definitely something paranormal going on there - but yield very little tangible documentation in the form of EVP, video or photographs.  Does that mean it’s not haunted?  Not necessarily.  It just means we didn’t get any evidence.  So we came up with this system to rate the evidence we collected from an investigation.
